Exceptional staff friendliness and helpful recommendations.

I encountered issues during check-in regarding my payment status. It was frustrating to deal with misinformation and unnecessary charges for breakfast. The digital key card issues also made accessing my room a hassle.

convenient location

friendly atmosphere

ideal base for weekend explorations and park visits

i loved how conveniently situated the hotel was, only a short walk from the beautiful kathryn albertson park, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxation. The vibrant boise art museum was just a bit further, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

I really enjoyed my stay as the bed was super comfy and the lobby had a nice vibe. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just wish the parking fee wasn't so high.
